Here's a tip if you only want to use one GMRS frequency but have two or more departments in your Canadian business that use that one freqeuncy. Set the CTCSS (Continuous Tone-Encoded Squelch System) the same for each user in each department. For example, for Security, set all the Security radios to one specific CTCSS tone. For all the radios in the warehouse, set these to another specific tone, and so on for each department.

Now, when someone in the warehouse transmits on their radios, Security and the other departments won't hear their conversations as the CTCSS tone is not the same and the audio for the radios will not open. This lets each of your departments only hear the transmissions that are specifically for them.
